Final countdown!

The final countdown is on! I only have 15 days left to hit my goal, which is to lose 30 pounds on my first round. I only have about 7 more pounds to lose, so I think I can surely do it. I can't wait to see how far I go!

A good friend of mine gave me 4 or 5 bags of clothes so I can start stepping down in sizes. I finally have had to stop wearing some clothes because my pants almost fall off! It's a great feeling but also weird to know that I've dropped 2 dress sizes already. I'm about 10 pounds away from doing it again! I have a ton of cute clothes to wear if I can get down into a 14/16 so I'm ready to do it.

I cheated a little over the weekend and had some sugar. Unfortunately, the side effect was terrible. I was so sick to my stomach and nauseous on Sunday and Monday. I was sure I was going to die. I'm going to have to be really careful how I reintroduce sugars back into my diet. It almost killed me, so that should be a sign!

Half way done!

I am half way done with my diet and now I'm down to 21 lbs lost!! I am feeling so well. I'm doing great. With 20 more days, my goal is to be down into my size 16 - 18 clothes before I finish. I also ran by to see my friend Katie yesterday and she hooked me up with 4 big bags of clothes!! I have clothes to wear all the way down to size 10/12. My goal is to be down to an 8 by the time I'm ALL done. I can't wait to see where this goes!!

Back on the Wagon!!

After my steak day yesterday, I went back to losing!! I have now lost 18.6 pounds!! I am so excited!! I love this lifestyle; it's SO easy and I always have healthy food around me. I also always have temptation around me too, but it's ok because I'm learning to say no. I'm learning to train myself to eat certain times of the day when I'm feeling hungry. Then if I want other foods, my body knows that it isn't time to eat.

My goal is to be down 20 pounds by the end of week two, which would be tomorrow morning. I think I can! Actually, now I know I can!

Day 13 - What?!

So for almost 3 days now, I haven't lost more than 1/10 of a pound. I didn't lose anything when I weighed this morning so I decided I had to do it: steak day. On this program, when you have a plateau that lasts a few days, you should either eat 6 apples and nothing else for the day, or fast all day and then eat a 3.5 ounce steak and a raw apple or tomato for dinner.

I've fasted all day so far. It's almost the end of my lunch break and I am absolutely ready to eat. Unfortunately, I can't eat until after work! I would love my steak right now, but what can you do?! I need to have a little patience, and I think I'll make it through the day. Anything to start losing again!! Hopefully, this will stop my plateau and start the awesome weight melting once again!

6% down!

I have now lost about 6% of my body weight! Yeah!! I'm almost up to 17 pounds, even though it has slowed down a bit. It should pick back up in the next few days as well. Hopefully, I won't have to worry about that by tomorrow. I've upped my HCG intake today so that should help. There are also a few other things they suggest when you hit a plateau but I'm not really there yet as I'm still losing some weight, even though it's in tenths!

I feel really good, too. I'm noticing a difference in my arms and waist, and a little difference in my thighs. I don't really feel it as much as I thought I would, but now I am back to my prebaby weight so hopefully as I lose beyond that, I will feel it more. My old clothes are starting to fit better, and as I lose, I should have more wardrobe options!

A girl I work with gave me this ADORABLE skirt that is a size 14. My goal is to be down to a size 14 by the time I'm done with this round of HCG. I am on day 12, so only 28 more days! It's going so fast and I know that I'll be able to do it again, but I have to take 6 weeks off inbetween HCG rounds. My overall goal is losing 142 pounds, and so far, I have 125 more to lose. I'm so motivated!!
